Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Field Dispatch Coordinator in Islamabad to oversee efficient field work, onboarding of technicians, and quality assurance across projects. You will collaborate with the Project Management Office to develop manuals and processes, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with PC systems, peripherals, software and OS.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to working off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of Zones services.
• Prepare project manuals with topics like contact info, escalation procedures, scope of services, installation scripts and processes, schedules and teams.
• Provide onboarding, training and support for Field Technicians.
• Perform quality assurance checks and assessments to ensure complete scope of services per SOW.
• Be available for escalations and act as a technical support resource.
