Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Islamabad to handle post-sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers in selecting IT products, prepare quotes, check stock and delivery times, and coordinate with sales and logistics to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and CRM experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business. Timings are night shifts in PK time, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales support.
• Familiarity with IT products and accessories.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/Business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or messaging.
• Help customers select suitable IT products and prepare price quotations.
• Check product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Coordinate with sales, vendors, warehouses, and logistics.
• Resolve complaints, order issues, and returns.
• Update customer accounts and sales orders in CRM.
• Meet CSAT, response time, and productivity goals.
