Job summary

LMK Resources Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations to oversee administration, facilities, fleet, and support services across multiple sites in Islamabad. The role emphasizes structured reporting, data discipline and proactive safety culture.

The candidate should have 7+ years in operations with 3+ years in supervision, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred HSE certification. Master’s degree and BI/reporting tools are a plus, with a focus on auditable records and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Experience in operations/administration across multiple sites.
Added advantage: HSE certification (e.g. NEBOSH/IOSH) and BI/reporting familiarity.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations department in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operations across administration, facilities, fleet and support services at all sites.
Own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the operational data feeding central reporting (executive reports).
Prepare and present periodic operational reports, KPIs, and trend analyses to management.
Coordinate fleet, facility maintenance, inventory, expenses, and vendor/contract activities with audit trails.
Support HSE function in line with policies and regulations.
Develop and roll out SOPs, workflows, and approval matrices anchored to reporting.
