Job summary

Level3 BOS in Karachi is seeking an experienced Manager – Reporting & MIS to lead the reporting function and drive data-driven decisions across operations. The role demands strong leadership, advanced analytics, and the ability to work with U.S.-based stakeholders during night shifts.

You will mentor a Reporting & MIS team, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and deliver timely executive reports. This position offers exposure to international clients and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Operations Reporting.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven managerial experience leading reporting, MIS, or analytics teams is mandatory.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, customer support, or service-based organizations is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing large datasets, reporting dashboards, and performance reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Reporting & MIS team with timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Develop reporting strategies, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Oversee data collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve reporting dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and U.S.-based stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver business-critical insights.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying, investigating, and resolving reporting discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Establish reporting standards, documentation, and governance to maintain consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and regular feedback, and support employee development through training and performance management.
• Manage reporting deadlines, allocate team workload effectively, and ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting, business intelligence, KPI management, and operational performance analysis.
