Job summary

Act International in Lahore region seeks a Data Assistant to support BNP data collection, entry, verification, management and reporting. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely submissions across MIS databases and dashboards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and at least 2 years in data management or reporting, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Collaboration with field teams and adherence to donor guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, data entry, MIS or reporting.
• Experience with donor-funded projects or NGOs is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and data handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, verify, manage, and report programme data.
• Maintain beneficiary records and programme databases for data integrity.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports for programme management.
• Provide data support and coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with policies and donor requirements.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, summaries, and presentations as needed.
