Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build maintenance protocols and ensure execution.
• Follow up with examinations of facilities to classify and rectify problems.
• Evaluate hydraulic and electrical systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
• Design, plan and monitor all installation and repair measures.
• Distribute workload and lead upkeep staff like janitors, custodians, etc.
• Track tool inventory and place orders when required.
• Track expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Handle relations with service and contractors providers.
• Keep maintenance reports and logs on regular measures.
• Ensure health and safety procedures comply with regulatory policies.
