Innovative Software Solution is seeking an Ads Expert to manage Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns from our on-site office in Jhelum, Pakistan. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and optimizing paid campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on ad experience across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Experience in planning and optimizing campaigns with data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop full-funnel strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, creatives, and KPIs.
• Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions and overall performance.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize audiences, messaging, and placements.
• Analyze data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams on ad concepts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and performance reports.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
