Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS targets.
• Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
• Experience with marketing automation and AI-driven ad optimization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other networks.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend across campaigns.
• Create A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad copy and visuals.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in PPC and paid social advertising.
