You will scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin and Unity Ads by turning data into players. Qualifications

• Gaming experience with UA or performance marketing for mobile games.
• Strong data-driven approach with solid spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across major networks (Google, Mintegral, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads).
• Analyze key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention) to scale budgets efficiently.
• Collaborate with design teams to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives and playables.
• Conduct ASO A/B tests to boost organic and paid store conversion rates.
