Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
• Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to serve Urdu-speaking customers.

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders at gaming studios and app publishers to uncover user acquisition goals and translate them into actionable App campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign performance by optimizing for key metrics like Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and user Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Build and pitch data-driven advertising solutions to maximize customer value, utilizing AI-powered tools to unlock global growth opportunities and scale reach.
• Analyze campaign data to extract key insights, demonstrate business impact, and maintain strong account hygiene across your portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate qualified upsell opportunities to drive account growth, build a robust revenue pipeline, and hit sales targets.
