Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions seeks a U user Acquisition Specialist to lead campaigns for mobile games. You will plan, launch, and optimize media buys across Google Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin, focusing on CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.

Hybrid role based on Mall Road, Lahore; 3+ years' experience preferred. You will test creatives, analyze performance, report insights, and scale profitable campaigns while controlling budgets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing mobile game UA campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns on Google Ads, Mintegral and AppLovin.
• Strong understanding of CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and UA metrics.
• Experience with creative testing and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage UA campaigns for mobile games across Google Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin.
• Monitor CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, and LTV.
• Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, placements, and structures.
• Analyze performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ad concepts.
