my digital people in Lahore is seeking a Performance Marketer to lead Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, focusing on UK and US markets. This mid-level role requires hands-on management, optimization, and strong analytics to drive revenue through sales/conversion campaigns.

You will implement Pixel and Conversions API, test audiences and creative variants, monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC, and collaborate with creative teams to align with Meta's AI-driven delivery and Andromeda

Qualifications

4 years hands-on Meta Ads experience (mid-level)
Strong experience with UK/US advertising campaigns
Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API and events
Practical understanding of Meta's Andromeda/AI-driven ad delivery

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Manage campaigns targeting UK and US audiences
Develop and optimize Sales/Conversion campaigns focused on revenue, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct audience, creative, placement, and campaign-level testing
Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, revenue
Develop scaling strategies while maintaining profitability
Analyze campaigns and identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, and variations
Ensure accurate implementation of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion events
Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between Meta and website/backend data
Monitor attribution and funnel performance from click to purchase
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
