Job summary

MENTOR PAKISTAN is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Campaign & Sales Specialist in Lahore. You will plan, execute, and optimize Meta campaigns to drive leads, sales, and business growth, with a data-driven approach.

You will manage campaigns on Meta, build audiences, track conversions with Pixel and CAPI, and analyze performance to deliver actionable insights, while staying updated on platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Experience managing international campaigns (USA, UK, or other global markets) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

You'll develop data-driven campaign strategies, advise on advertising performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, sales, and business growth.
• Build and manage Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and other key KPIs.
• Make ad copy, test audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
