MENTOR PAKISTAN is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Campaign & Sales Specialist in Lahore. You will plan, execute, and optimize Meta campaigns to drive leads, sales, and business growth, with a data-driven approach.

You will manage campaigns on Meta, build audiences, track conversions with Pixel and CAPI, and analyze performance to deliver actionable insights, while staying updated on platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and social media marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
Experience managing international campaigns (USA, UK, or other global markets) is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Develop strategies focused on lead generation, sales, and business growth.
Build and manage Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and other KPIs; optimize accordingly.
Create ad copy, test audiences, placements, and objectives.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with Meta platform changes and advertising best practices.
