Job summary

Arkscale Ventures is seeking a Performance Media Buyer to run a venture focused on Western clients. You will personally manage at least $10,000 monthly Meta/ecommerce spend, lead acquisition strategy, and own testing, tracking, and optimisation.

Role overview: Performance Media Buyer, Meta and Google: build a venture with Arkscale Ventures. We seek two to five years of delivering measurable growth for Western clients and the commercial ability to win accounts. You lead acquisition strategy, client relationships and delivery. Arkscale supplies capital, technology and operational support.

Lead a venture backed by Arkscale Ventures. We provide capital, tools, systems and back office; you run it day to day.

Compensation and engagement

$1,000 USD monthly base plus 15% of the venture's profit, paid monthly, with a route to equity at agreed milestones. Full-time, fully remote independent contractor engagement. Some overlap with UK or US working hours is expected.

Responsibilities and must-have evidence

Personally manage at least $10,000 monthly Meta e-commerce spend. Show purchases, cost per purchase, ROAS and the period covered. Lead product testing, creative/UGC strategy, Shopify tracking, CAPI, and kill/scale decisions. Launch, make decisions and run the venture day to day. Explain what you personally built from zero, including unsuccessful attempts, rather than listing tasks performed for others.
