Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Licensing Advisor in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role focuses on proactive client communications regarding software lifecycle maintenance, subscription renewals, and licensing of client software in the assigned region.

The position requires strong problem-solving, client-focused service, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the Licensing Lifecycle Manager and interact with clients, publishers, CSS, and other departments to provide white-glove support and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of degree-based work experience in licensing or IT.
• 2+ years with Tier 1 software publishers.
• 3 years in account management with IT software support.
• Experience with ticketing systems is required.
• Microsoft Licensing MCP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive client engagement for licensing maintenance and renewals.
• Coordinate cadence of client meetings with CSS and account support teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to schedule reviews and status calls.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards as needed.
• Ensure licensing requirements are met during reviews.
