Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist - Renewals to drive renewal success by maintaining data accuracy, timely quoting, and seamless collaboration with Sales, Licensing Support Specialists, and Licensing Advisors. You will prepare BOMs and contract materials, supporting efficient renewal cycles across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.

You will also contribute to process improvements, update documentation, and stay informed on publisher program changes to guide renewal planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting contract renewals, operations, licensing, or sales support functions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
• Experience preparing quotes, BOMs, and renewal-related documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research publisher updates and industry developments to support informed decision-making and renewal planning.
• Create, maintain, and enhance process documentation to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve renewal processes and workflows.

Position Overview

The Operations Specialist - Renewals plays a key role in supporting contract renewal activities by ensuring accurate data management, timely quote generation, and effective coordination with internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining renewal pipelines, supporting publisher contract creation, and providing operational support that enables successful renewal outcomes.

The position works closely with Sales, Licensing Support Specialists (LSS), and Licensing Advisors (LA) to ensure renewal opportunities are managed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Do as a Operations Specialist-Renewals:

• Maintain and update renewal data across monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal cycles to ensure accuracy and visibility.
