Zones IT Solutions in Islamabad is seeking a Licensing Advisor Manager to lead a team of Licensing Advisors, guiding clients through software and cloud licensing options, renewals, and lifecycle management. You will coordinate with Sales, Cloud, Operations, and publishers to drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and data-driven decisions, with a focus on growth and superior customer licensing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant software, cloud licensing, sales, or operations experience.
• Experience leading a customer-facing or seller-support team in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated licensing sales, advisory, renewals, lifecycle management, or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, workload direction, and escalation support for Licensing Advisors.
• Manage team pipeline, case queues, service levels, performance reporting, and portfolio activity.
• Guide the team on Microsoft and Tier 1 licensing programs, terms, entitlements, renewals, and cloud transitions.
• Lead client and seller engagements to discover licensing needs, identify optimization opportunities, and support motions.
• Develop and execute strategies and market plans that grow existing relationships and acquire new clients.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including executives.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development activities for software/cloud opportunities.
• Oversee the team’s portfolio against revenue, profit, and pipeline objectives.
• Improve operational visibility with queues, dashboards, and reporting; ensure adoption of processes.
• Plan onboarding, coaching, and readiness activities; evaluate new product and campaign opportunities.
