Job summary

Zones, LLC seeks a Licensing Advisor Manager to lead a team of Licensing Advisors, guiding licensing strategy and client engagements. You will manage forecast, renewals, and portfolio activity while coordinating with Sales, Licensing Support, Cloud, and publishers to optimize outcomes.

You will drive process improvements, develop playbooks, and ensure accurate reporting and escalation handling to deliver consistent client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Five+ years in software, cloud licensing, sales, consulting, or operations.
At least one year in a supervisory/leadership role.
Experience with software and cloud licensing sales, renewals, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and escalation support for Licensing Advisors.
Manage team pipeline, service levels, and reporting; identify risks and bottlenecks.
Guide teams on Microsoft and Tier 1 publisher licensing programs and entitlements.
Lead client and seller engagements to discover licensing needs and opportunities.
Develop strategies and market plans to grow existing relationships and acquire new customers.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate licensing lifecycle capabilities.
