Qualifications

• Graduate or higher with a business-related degree.
• Experience in enterprise-level sales.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Excellent organization skills and process expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade.
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – process orders and quotes timely and accurately.
• Relationship building – interact with Zones customers daily.
• Customer service – provide for customer operational and reporting needs.
• Sourcing – coordinate and manage off-catalog customer requests.
• Project management – account planning and coordination of needs.
• Focus on new accounts in first 6 months and at-risk accounts on the Service Desk.
• Coordinate with Sales for service/needs communication.
• Ensure timely and impactful reporting to the customer.
