What You’ll Do
Support Training Programs
- Coordinate training programs from preparation to post-training follow-up.
- Support virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, and departments.
- Prepare schedules, attendance, materials, and session requirements.
Build Better Learning Experiences
- Research topics, case studies, activities, and industry best practices.
- Help develop presentations, exercises, activities, and other learning materials.
- Bring fresh ideas to make training more interesting and practical.
- Support trainers in preparing for sessions.
Use Data to Improve Learning
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Track attendance and certifications.
- Collect participant feedback.
- Analyze training data and help prepare effectiveness reports.
- Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Understand What People Need
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Help identify employee skill gaps.
- Gather information from employees and stakeholders.
- Support the development of learning solutions based on actual needs.
Contribute Beyond Daily Tasks
- Support priority L&D projects.
- Prepare project updates and summary reports.
- Improve existing L&D processes wherever possible.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow them through.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- CGPA 3.0 or above.
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of:
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Google Workspace
- Interest in Learning & Development, adult learning, or Organizational Development is an advantage.
