Job summary

MicroAgility APAC is seeking an entry‑level Learning & Development coordinator to support training programs, both virtual and in-person. You will coordinate schedules, materials, and attendance, while helping develop engaging learning content.

The role emphasizes collaboration with trainers and departments, gathering feedback, tracking certifications, and identifying skill gaps to drive improvements. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• CGPA 3.0 or above.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs from preparation to post-training follow-up.
• Support virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
• Coordinate with trainers, participants, and departments.
• Prepare schedules, attendance, materials, and session requirements.
• Research topics, case studies, activities, and industry best practices.
• Help develop presentations, exercises, activities, and other learning materials.
• Bring fresh ideas to make training more interesting and practical.
• Support trainers in preparing for sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Track attendance and certifications.
• Collect participant feedback.
• Analyze training data and help prepare effectiveness reports.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
