Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within learning and development.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
Familiarity with automation tools is preferred.
