You will coordinate end-to-end training, onboarding, HR documentation, performance cycles, and engagement activities; maintain HR records and trackers; and contribute to accurate reporting with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 1+ year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to L&D and/or HR Operations.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and employee development.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Good command of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
