Learning and Education Data Analyst

As a Learning and Education Data Analyst at A.F.Ferguson & Co, you will focus on designing and enabling innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and report on training data.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to track training metrics and performance.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with global learning and education requirements.
• Implement processes and controls to align training activities with Network Standards and regulations.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on support during training sessions, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within learning and development.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques) and knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
• Preferred: Familiarity with automation tools.
