Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead HR learning and development in Islamabad. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in training, a degree in HR/Business/Education, and proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office.

You will collaborate with department heads, oversee onboarding, track participation, and foster a culture of continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• 3-5 years in training and development or HR.
• Proven design, delivery, evaluation of training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training strategies.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs.
• Align training with business objectives with department heads.
