Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support design, delivery, and evaluation of internal training programs. The role focuses on building a strong learning culture, employee development, and program assessment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in L&D or HR roles, knowledge of adult learning, and strong communication skills. Work from office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with opportunities to grow in a mid-level role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years in learning and development or HR-related roles.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and training coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing training programs aligned with business needs.
• Conduct basic training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate logistics and administration for training sessions.
• Develop training materials, guides, and digital content.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance analysis.
• Maintain LMS records and data accuracy.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
• Stay updated with new learning tools and methodologies.
