Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation
• Experience working with international clients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cold email outreach campaigns, including prospect list building, email copywriting, follow-up sequences, and response tracking.
• Support basic cold email infrastructure and deliverability practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, bounce control, and spam-rate monitoring.
• Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, proposals, follow-ups, meetings, and sales pipeline activity.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, including qualified leads generated, proposals submitted, booked meetings/calls, and closed business opportunities.
