People Perfect is seeking a driven Business Development / Lead Generation Executive to join the team in Lahore. The role focuses on identifying international clients, qualifying leads, and driving opportunities for the sales pipeline.

You will manage targeted outreach, use LinkedIn for prospecting, and leverage AI tools to support research and outreach while maintaining clean CRM data and coordinating with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development or international lead generation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience targeting international businesses, US-based clients preferred.
• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CRM platforms, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential B2B prospects.
• Verify and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Manage email outreach and follow-up campaigns.
