Job summary

Search Solution Pvt Ltd in Lahore seeks an ambitious Business Development/Lead Generation professional to manage cold email outreach and build prospect lists. You will write emails, run follow-up sequences, and track responses to hit monthly targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales/lead generation, strong communication, and the ability to work with international clients. CRM updates and performance-based incentives accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cold email outreach campaigns, including prospect list building, email copywriting, follow-up sequences, and response tracking.
• Support basic cold email infrastructure and deliverability practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, bounce control, and spam-rate monitoring.
• Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, proposals, follow-ups, meetings, and sales pipeline activity.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, including qualified leads generated, proposals submitted, booked meetings/calls, and closed business opportunities.
