Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training and development, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of company-wide training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend solutions.
• Support onboarding, technical training, soft skills, and leadership programs.
• Monitor training outcomes and prepare ROI reports.
