Creative Chaos is seeking a motivated Recruitment Trainee to join our Talent team in Karachi. You will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and learn about HR functions, providing support across screening, scheduling, events, and communications.

You will contribute to job descriptions, advertisements, and ATS database maintenance while developing strong stakeholder collaboration. This role offers hands-on growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
• Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
• Support the development of job descriptions and advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and update records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
