INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Trainee Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Lahore. This role supports full-cycle recruitment, on-boarding coordination, and basic recruitment strategies for domestic and international roles.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with up to six months HR or recruitment experience, holds a BBA or MBA (HR majors preferred), and demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with up to 6 months HR/recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Lahore-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, supporting sourcing activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding tasks.
• Support in developing and implementing basic recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and evaluate suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when needed and help maintain communication records.
• Help gather and analyze candidate and stakeholder feedback to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Stay informed about basic industry trends and best practices in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and guiding applicants through each stage.
• Support senior team members in conducting reference checks and background verifications as required.

Education
