Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a results-driven field sales professional in Karachi to manage real estate agency portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships.

You will visit clients, demo products, close deals, onboard new clients, identify upsell opportunities, and track KPIs through the CRM to ensure strong engagement and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow agency accounts in the assigned area.
Conduct client visits, product demos, and close deals.
Achieve regional revenue targets.
Onboard new clients and revive inactive accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Track KPIs through CRM and ensure strong client engagement.
