Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration and social media handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, email and network-related issues.
• Install, configure and update operating systems, software, antivirus and business applications.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimum downtime of IT services.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, shared folders and basic server administration.
• Support ERP, accounting software, attendance systems and other company-used applications.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts and online platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and audience interactions.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and advertisements.
• Maintain and update company website content.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices and data protection.
