The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, networks, and hardware. This role ensures smooth operation of IT infrastructure and timely resolution of technical issues for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users via email, phone, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
• Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed.
• Assist in deploying and maintaining company software applications.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge management.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software repairs and procurement.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on IT policies and software usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or MacOS environments.
• Experience with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and server management.
