As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology operations of our company based in Faisalabad Your main role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our information technology systems networks and software applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security reliability and accessibility of our technology systems
• Manage and maintain hardware and software infrastructure including servers networks laptops printers and other devices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
• Oversee the installation configuration and upgrading of new software applications
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to protect company data
• Evaluate new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Train employees on new software and technologies as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in information technology

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols hardware installation software applications cybersecurity practices disaster recovery plans
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech professionals
