Qualifications

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients who are experiencing issues with their computer systems and software This role requires strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone email or in-person regarding technical issues with their computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network problems
• Install and configure computer systems printers and other peripherals
• Ensure proper functioning of all technology equipment and escalated issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Train clients on how to use new hardware or software applications
• Document all technical support activities in a ticketing system for tracking purposes
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for recurring technical issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems Windows and Mac networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms to non-technical individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer service oriented with a patient attitude towards solving complex problems

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month

This position is based in Multan
