Qualifications

• CCNA certification preferred; strong networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT service desk support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, VLAN).
• Document incidents and resolutions; participate in on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage SLAs as needed.
