Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent IT qualification.
• 1.5 years of experience in IT service desk or network/support roles.
• CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network and systems infrastructure to ensure reliability.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Assist in network configuration, upgrades and patch management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Prepare documentation for audit-ready records and SLA compliance.
