Job summary

Pakngos in Karachi seeks an IT Support & Systems Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, manage assets, and administer user accounts. You will support the organization’s network and server environment to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

The role requires timely issue resolution, adherence to IT policies, and collaboration with vendors. Responsibilities include Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, pfSense, and basic network administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and user account administration.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or CCNA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and network issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, application, email, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
