Job summary

OpenSpace seeks an IT Operations Administrator to deliver hands-on hardware and end-user support for the Pakistan office and international colleagues. You will diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals, configure deployments, and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, proficiency with macOS/Windows, Jira Service Management, and MDM-based zero-touch provisioning, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, desktop support, or hardware-focused IT operations.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving laptop, desktop, and peripheral hardware issues.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with laptop provisioning, hardware imaging, deployment, and OS installation.
• Familiarity with remote support tools, MDM platforms, and zero-touch device deployment.
• Experience managing IT inventory, procurement, warranties, and device replacement processes.
• Experience with Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix and endpoint troubleshooting for on-site and remote users.
• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and networking issues.
• Configure, deploy, and refresh IT hardware for new hires and replacements.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory, shipping, and disposal.
• Offer remote support to distributed employees and on-site support for the Pakistan office.
• Document resolutions and assist with user guidance and training.
