• Coordinate with international courier companies like FedEx and DHL for shipments and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, shipment logs, and operational reports.
• Liaise with UK/international suppliers and vendors for smooth operations.
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, inventory availability, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international shipping standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, delays, or operational risks.
