Job summary

People Perfect recruits an IT Support Engineer to join an international client project. The role focuses on Tier 2/3 technical support, endpoint management, IT automation, and user access management in Islamabad.

The engineer will support Windows and macOS environments, manage Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender, Jamf Pro, and Okta, and collaborate with the global IT team from the Islamabad office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Support/IT Engineering, preferably Tier 2/3.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft 365, and Okta.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with Jira and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Windows and macOS.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender, and Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Okta.
• Support device provisioning, patching, and endpoint security.
• Document issues and solutions in Jira.
• Identify recurring issues and automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Support the local office infrastructure, conference rooms, and new-hire setups.

Job Overview

People Perfect is hiring an IT Support Engineer for one of its international clients, a leading credit intelligence and financial information company with a global workforce.

The role is responsible for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, endpoint management, troubleshooting, IT automation, and user access management while supporting the Islamabad office and collaborating with the global IT team.

Job Responsibilities
