Job summary

Connect Logistics is seeking an IT Executive to lead facility-wide IT hardware, network stability, security systems, and end-user support. You will blend hands-on troubleshooting with strategic IT management including asset tracking, data backups, security enforcement, and mentoring for the IT team.

You will install and maintain hardware, networks, CCTV, PABX, and Office 365; administer security policies; manage assets; and participate in infrastructure planning to support uninterrupted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure support, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration and networking.
• Experience with CCTV/NVR-DVR systems and PABX telephony.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, scanners, local networks, UPS units, and core system infrastructure.
• CCTV, AFAS & PABX Support: Monitor and maintain CCTV systems (NVR/DVR), Addressable Fire Alarm Systems (AFAS), and PABX telephony setups, providing prompt troubleshooting for technical issues.
• Systems Security & Disaster Recovery: Administer system security policies, network access controls, data backups, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard enterprise information.
• Office 365 & Enterprise Support: Provide daily technical support, procedural documentation, and administration for Office 365 applications, IT Service Desk workflows, and enterprise software.
• IT Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain precise records of all IT assets, equipment issues, hardware handovers, and department inventory.
• Team Leadership & Management: Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and setting performance expectations for IT support staff.
• Infrastructure Planning: Participate in IT management discussions for problem resolution and contribute to new and existing IT infrastructure expansion projects.
