People Perfect is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage endpoints, and assist with IT automation for a globally distributed client base in Islamabad. The role focuses on Windows and macOS support, with exposure to Intune, Jamf Pro, Defender, Jira, and Okta.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year track record in IT support, strong scripting skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with the global IT team from the Islamabad office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT Support/IT Engineering, preferably Tier 2/Tier 3 support.
• Hands-on with Windows, macOS, Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft 365, and Okta.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with Jira and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Windows and macOS.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender, and Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Okta.
• Support device provisioning, patching, and endpoint security.
• Document issues and solutions in Jira.
• Identify recurring issues and automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Support the local office infrastructure, conference rooms, and new-hire setups.

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
