Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call and on-premises IT helpdesk support for users.
• Arrange and manage Audio & video Conference calls for GCEO, CEO & HODs.
• Manage IT inventory, fixed assets, and asset tagging (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IPTs).
• Perform desktop and laptop installations.
• Offer Level 1 support for networking issues.
• Provide Level 1 support for UPS systems.
• Ensure 24/7 availability for IT support as needed.
• Ensure users' Windows updates and antivirus updates.
