Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT qualification.
• Minimum 1.5 years of IT service/Network support experience.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN concepts.
• Good written communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
