Job summary
Jobzlelo in Karachi invites applications for a Hardware & Network Support Assistant. You will diagnose and fix hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and printers, install Windows and ERP software, and troubleshoot Outlook IMAP/POP.
You’ll set up LAN cabling, switches, and routers, assist users, and support CCTV systems and IT inventory management. Eligibility includes a Bachelor's in Computer Science and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science from a reputed university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems (laptops, printers, desktops).
- Install and configure Windows and ERP software.
- Configure and diagnose Microsoft Outlook issues (IMAP/POP, backups, email).
- Patch LAN cabling and basic network installation.
- Configure and assist on switches, WiFi routers and internet connectivity.
- Deliver user assistance for IT-related problems.
- Support CCTV system configuration, tracking and troubleshooting.
- Manage CCTV camera relocation, changes and maintenance.
- Keep IT inventory and paperwork.
- Support in system upgrades and precautionary maintenance.
