Job summary

HBL Asset Management Limited is seeking a Senior IT Officer in Karachi to provide advanced end-user support, manage desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

The role requires collaboration with the IT team to resolve escalations, implement software updates, maintain hardware inventory, and visit offsite locations as needed while upholding security and process standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related field experience.
• Knowledge of end-user support, hardware and software management.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware, software and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Track and document support tickets to ensure resolution.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop hardware and software updates.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve escalated issues and share knowledge.
• Visit offsite locations to address IT-related issues.
